Hair Care Routine which is really a must for Beautiful hair
1. Shampooing
Brush or comb hair thoroughly to loosen soil and dead skin cells from the top. Wet the hair well so that the underneath layers as well since the top are well saturated with water.
Pour about 1 tsp of shampoo in just a little water to get a diluted solution and massage this diluted shampoo gently in to the roots together with your fingertips, covering the whole of the mind.
With the flat surface of your hand work that shampoo into the bulk of the hair over the top levels.
Wash thoroughly with water until the shampoo has been entirely washed off.
Repeat exactly the same process if necessary.
2. Health
Shampoo the hair as directed above as numerous times as desired and wash thoroughly.
Put approximately. 2-2 1/2 tsps of conditioner in your own hair around.
Leave on far about five full minutes and rinse off completely before conditioner has been completely washed off.
3. Drying
Note that wet hair loses upto 20 percent of its elasticity and with it, much of its normal strength. Therefore treat it as lightly as you possibly can after cleaning :
Squeeze out excess water, place hair loosely in a towel, turban-fashion and press firmly from the head. Don't rub vigorously chimney caps.
A very important thing you can certainly do is to leave it to dry naturally, once the hair is not any longer soaking wet.
When working with a dryer, capitalize on the control, minimize on the damage : (a) do not start drying before the hair is three quarters dry ; (b) don't contain the dryer over one area of the mind for a long time ; (c) do not allow the crown to become hot; (d) use a brush gently to tell the hair into the style you want; and (e) don't proceed to blow dry on to hair that is already dry.
4. Brushing and combing
Always wash hair when it is dry because brushing wet hair cause the ends to split.
While brushing as this increases the blood flow to the head and stimulates the hair tilt your head forward.
A sharp teethed brush is used by never or the hair may be torn by it apart.
While thick long hair needs a more impressive brush with stiff bristles great hair needs a brush.
For combing damp hair, work with a comb when the teeth are widely spread.
The easiest way to clean out troubles hair (knots) is always to start at the work upwards and ends slowly.
