I was ashamed of who I'm, and that I thought all I had to do was survive.Life is for the living and ADHD can boost your activities if you allow it to. First and foremost you need to acknowledge that it's a part of you. You're inseparable and without ADHD you'd not have had the experiences that you've had (both great and poor ).Thriving with ADHD means that you look for the highlights, the experiences in which you glow, through which your interest exhibits then you can easily see your ADHD because the Super Power it is actually and become the action movie hero of your life.Have a Super Day!
