I'm a regular visitor to Thailand and love to visit Pattaya. I usually want to eat a huge breakfast, skip lunch and then go out for some Thai food for dinner.

I ran across an extremely nice British club named the Sportsman on Soi 13 in Pattaya and immediately liked the atmosphere. With a table, big screen TVs and a great dcor, I found this air-conditioned bar a great place to choose breakfast.

The problem I'd was with the menu. Being from the Usa, I had no idea what a full English breakfast was.

But, I was hungry, and it was was the most expensive item and at the top of the selection, so I decided it was the biggest. It was still a bargain at about 240 Baht at least I thought it was.

Six dollars for breakfast at the exchange rate of times appeared to be a significant price. Considering that it had been a really good place, with A/C and the BBC on TV.

So, I buy the total English breakfast certainly not reading what includes the dinner. I'm, nevertheless, pleasantly surprised with the platter of food I am offered.

I get bacon and eggs, juice, toast and coffee, cash, beans and hash browns. At the least I though they certainly were hash browns. There were also fried tomatoes, but so I declined, I am not a big tomato lover.

The menu was grabbed by me to see what was listed as the hash browns weren't exactly what I was used to. Everything was said by the menu as listed above, but no hash browns were part of the full English break fast.

There was something called bubble and squeak. I had absolutely no idea what which was. But I was determined and bound to find out what it was that I'd eaten and had actually felt pretty good. nfl credit card

I did some research on the net and found out that squeak and bubble was nearly the same as hash browns. I had the potato part right but I'd no idea what else was inside. Research showed me that the rest was veggies carrots, mainly cabbage and peas.

I am not really a big fan of greens, but all of this mixed together tasted yummy. The platter was big and the foodstuff was very delicious.

Therefore, even though you arent a Brit, drop by among the many British bars in Pattaya and check out the full English morning meal. It will certainly fill you up and have your bubbling and squeaking.
