Two Low Carb Chinese Recipes
Chinese cooking can be very healthy as it includes low carbohydrate as well as low fat dishes. Today, I am sharing with you two low carb chinece dishes for chinese green beans and chinece orange chicken, a classic in chinese cooking.
Low Carb Menu of Chinese Green Beans
Ingredients:
1 pkg frozen inexperienced beans -- (16 oz) 500g
1 pkt chicken broth -- dry crytals
1 collection scallion
2 lg garlic light
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon splenda
1 tbsp peanut butter -- steamy
1/8 teaspoon sesame oil -- asian
Directions:
In a 2 litre microwave-safe casserole dish, mix green beans and broth granules. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, slice white lamps of scallion in to bands and mine garlic. In normal size bowl, combine ginger, soy sauce and SPLENDA. Increase garlic and scallion bands. Put aside. Remove green beans from microwave and learn. Pour sauce over beans and stir. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir in peanut butter and sesame oil until sauce coats the beans and provides quickly. Make 6 servings

Low Carb Formula of Fruit Chicken
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Dry sherry
4 green (Spring) onions, chopped
1 Little bit of root ginger, shredded
500g (1 lb) boned chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 Celery branches, sliced
125g (4oz) button mushrooms, quartered
1 Green pepper, cored, seeded, and sliced
2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
Shredded rind of 2 lemons
Several lemon slices to garnish
2 tablespoons oil for stir-frying
Directions:
Put the sherry, spring onions and ginger in a bowl. Put the chicken, toss well to cover, then leave to marinate in the dish for a quarter-hour.
Heat the oil in a or frying pan. Add the green pepper, weeds, and the celery and stir-fry for one minute. Add the chicken and gravy, then cook for 3 minutes. Stir in lemon and the soy sauce rind then make for another minute.
To provide, stack chinese dynasty into a warmed serving bowl and garnish with lemon slices. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Planning Time: 45 minutes
