I recently caught up with Jon in New York where he was training one of his true professional clients. Jon works a bit differently from other trainers as he does not name many of his all-star customers.

They've all signed a rigid non-disclosure agreement and as Jon sets it...

Tucked in Fairfield County, CT, among the most wealthy areas in the usa, could be the man many professional athletes are calling "The Secret Weapon." That is maybe not his real name of course, it's Jon Doyle.

I recently caught up with Jon in New York City where he was training one of his true professional clients. Jon works somewhat differently from other teachers as he doesn't name lots of his all-star clients.

A strict non-disclosure agreement has been all signed by them and as Jon sets it "If you have just one single player that tests positive for a test your reputation is damaged. And while my people are clear, I cannot risk my reputation on something I can not control" (obviously talking about if an athlete were to take performance enhancing drugs behind his right back).

Therefore while most coaches are lying about who they train, Jon's covering them. I'd an experience this meeting would be good!

My reason for this conference was to have the scoop on performance increasing products and what the typical player may do to enhance their game.

PR "Jon, thanks when planning on taking time out to generally meet with me. Is it possible to please begin by telling our readers just a little about yourself?"

JD "Sure Phil, no problem. In a nutshell, athletes are made by me better. Despite the fact that I've built my reputation in baseball, athletes are included by my clients from all four major sports in addition to Olympians. If they really need results" I am all called by these athletes. phim cap ba

PR "So I suppose the players you use are afflicted by rigorous drug assessment procedures."

JD "That is correct."

PR "What can be your stance on performance enhancing drugs such as steroids and Human Growth Hormone"?

JD "Well there is number question they work. But, they are illegal and barred by many businesses. Therefore I will not work with any athlete who is not clean."

PR "Does perhaps not this put your athletes at a disadvantage? How do you get your athletes willing to perform against others who are demonstrably using these performance enhancers."

JD "It is unquestionably no easy task. My athletes all arrive at me wanting what every other athlete wants: increase muscle, power, power and pace mass and a decrease in excess fat, recovery time and injury rate. Obviously with performance enhancing drugs this becomes much easier, in my mind that is no solution because it is illegal and unethical. So we start using a mixture of special training practices, proper nutrition and over-the-counter supplements."

PR "Ah, over the counter products. Since is what I found have the dirt on. What is the deal with your anyway. There's just like a million and one company's out there. It is therefore complicated to figure out what does not and what works. And, it appears when an athlete test good they blame in on a 'tainted' supplement. What is the deal here?"

JD "Well first of all if an athlete pawns his drug use off on a 'tainted' supplement he is filled with it. These folks know full well what's entering their bodies. They are lying.

2nd, you are right. Selecting a supplement from the very crowded shelves may be absolutely impossible. The big secret is that virtually every business is selling the same!

Everything comes down to marketing. Not many organizations have such a thing 'leading edge ' like they claim. Except for a few special products, it is all window dressing.

Needless to say I can not let you know, or other people what products to use as I am not a doctor, I can provide insight into what my players use. This needless to say is for informational purposes only, agreed?"

PR "Agreed!"

JD "First of we focus on the basics. Nothing fancy here. A multi-vitamin, omega-3 fish oils, creatine (5 grams each day is all that's needed) and some protein powder when needed.

Then it gets interesting. Please know I get boxes of supplements delivered to me on a daily basis from complement businesses who want me to use their products with my players. They know that if they get my endorsement that indicates big bucks for them down the road. But I am maybe not for sale so I only use what have been which can work for us and by the researchers. Even further we must know with no shadow of question that the merchandise is safe and isn't prohibited from any organization.

It's almost difficult for me personally to offer this away, but we've been utilizing a mixture of items from a little product organization out of Texas called USPLabs. We 'bunch' their Anabolic-Pump, Powerful and SuperCissus RX products and services and we're simply impressed with the drug-like effects they're delivering."

PR "Sounds great. I will have to check always that out. Well, Jon I know you've to run, but I recognize so a little insight could be gained by me in to your world" you sitting yourself down with me.

JD "No problem. Thank you."
