新页面

Adapting to any kind of change that you experienced can be extremely stressful. When it concerns any type of change the one thing I've learned would be to hold it on an optimistic degree. To accomplish this I stay calm by meditating and hold it all in perspective. I was talking to a buddy how I was very worried of a change I'd soon have to make in my own life. She told me that it was left within an alley next to her house and almost over two decades ago she had purchased a whole new car.

She walked out of the house just in time to see and old vw bus scrape the front fender of her car. As she continued to share with me what happened she let me know she was wanting to stay calm and knew she had to reflect and get focused on the situation. She went on to share with me that the driver got out of his car, threw his hat on the ground, then put his head, holding it in his arms. She knew that he obviously did not have the cash to buy the damage to her car and he nearly started initially to cry.

My friend still meditating to keep things in perspective walked up to the man and you could tell he was very anxious and expected her to state something like What an you blind,or just something therefore mean that he'd just feel terrible. As she walked up to the man she only said don't be concerned about the scrape and to have a nice day.He couldn't believe what he was reading. He started to cry tears of pleasure and hugged my friend. He then ran to his wife who was simply in the car wondering what they were planning to do and he introduced her to my friend and hugged his wife.

While they were talking my friend told them how she used relaxation to help keep as calm as you are able to because she'd a temper previously that caused her lots of problems. The man and his wife and my friend became the best of friends. Here it is twenty years later and although the man has now passed away and his wife is in a property for the aged my friend still visits the girl weekly and still talk about the day they'd met.
Using meditation will definitely help you think about the situation your in and to not act on impulse, but to handle whatever situation it is you are in you'll act responsibly. After my friend and I talked I thought how I could change to the change I would have to make by positive thinking and could make a poor situation in to something that will have a very specific meaning in my life. After our chat I went home and began using meditation to relax myself and now I feel better about myself and my entire life.
