If you want to be happy tomorrow you need to begin working at it today. Their lives are spent by some people looking forward to pleasure to arrive on its own and it never comes. Others work hard at creating wealth but still arent happy, finding that money only gives a whole different group of problems. Pleasure is really a mind-set and not the size of your banking account. Happiness is perhaps not actual and emotional. Each individual has to work on creating their very own pleasure. I love when he said how Richard Bach, mcdougal of Jonathan Livingston Seagull, put it, If your happiness depends upon what someone else does, I guess you do have trouble. To locate happiness where happiness originates from you first need certainly to understand. Memories are to your brain what a mirror would be to the eyes - an expression. While our memories reflect the mental the mirror reflects the actual. When you look in the mirror it reflects what you look like; when you look in your thoughts it reflects who you are. One huge difference between the two is that you can change what you see in the mirror but you cant change the memories shown in your mind. We tend to spend a lot of time trying to improve what we see in the mirror, but minimum energy trying to improve our thoughts. A memory is created by every action. Do you really think that the one who is bitter and furious today was cheerful and happy yesterday? If a person says or does something which angers or upsets us, we can often increase the unpleasant memory with our very own negative actions or we can create positive memories and replace them with positive actions. If you wish to be happy tomorrow you must choose carefully what you do today, because todays measures will soon be shown in tomorrows memories and you can not make sure they are go away. Everything you do today will soon be in expression. The next time a person angers you, rather of lashing out, try imagining that you are holding up a that bounces the reflection back at him, knowing that his actions or words are a of him and perhaps not of you. We all wish to like what we see in the mirror. To be really happy we also have to like what we see reflected in our minds. What the mirror reflects isn't nearly as strong as what your head reflects, for it reflects our actions and words. What'll your insights be full of? Will your reflections/memories be filled with goodness and pleasure or with bitterness and rage? What've you done today which will bring you joy tomorrow?
