What is a P2P plan?  Why do you require 1?  What are they helpful for?  These three have been some of the initial concerns to pop in my thoughts when I saw the title for this report.  A P2P system is a way to download different programs, media files, video images, anything in digital format that you share from 1 user to one more.

All you require to know is the title or description of what you are looking for, such as applications, e-books, or music and the time to download it.  There is a huge list of P2P programs available, some free such as my favorite Limewire, whilst other individuals charge a fee to use their service.

You have to be cautious when deciding on which program to use, as some of them do charge, and can and will place other programs in your laptop you would not normally permit.  For instance remembered when you downloaded that excellent screen saver and new search bar was installed on your Web Explorer, or you now get popups where you did not before due to the fact of some system added to your system.  Yet another point to be aware of is that though they say free to download and burn to a disk, this is not necessarily accurate.  I employed a system after and it stated that you can burn your downloads for cost-free, nevertheless when it came time to burn them to disk.  The CD would not burn due to needing a license key for the system itself.

When it comes to looking the applications you require to watch how you phrase factors, or you could end up with a list of items you did not want or need.  If you know the name of the system, and who created it you must uncover what you are looking for.  Some of these applications have advance looking options.  With the advance search, you want to know not only the name and who designed the program, but the year it was produced, and what Operating Technique you are operating.

A single frequent search is music files, with these the more you know the much better luck you will have obtaining it. If you kind in just the name of the song you could end up with versions or remixes that, you may not have been looking for.  Also, say if you are looking for a certain artist and format such as WMA then you want to kind in the artist and WMA in the search bar.  Several of the P2P Networks use Java based applications and the files shared are monitored via networks as Gnutella or Freenet.
