The closing and opening door technique may be taught to any or all dog breeds. The only factor probably would be asking small size dogs to close large or major doors which are beyond their physical features. 

In teaching this strategy select a door that swings quickly on its hinges; drive a, or simply remain with double sided a makeshift land on your door at such a distance above the ground that the dog may only reach it by standing on his hind legs with his forefeet resting contrary to the door. 

Open the door a few inches, place a tiny bit of address on the land and call your dogs awareness of it, saying Shut the door. In reaching for the treat your dog will place his forefeet on the door and this will shut it. If preferable the handle can be balanced on the door handle, and closing the door will jar it to the floor, when he should be permitted to eat it and be petted and praised.

After be did this once or twice you may improve him in his lessons by setting the treat constantly in place while he is in another place, then contact him in and say Shut the door, pointing him toward it, and if he does not go, present him the treat and encourage him to obtain it. In time he'll understand the order and will close any door that is proven to him. 

Finally, teach him to close the doorway without having any reward in view, but after he shuts it in response to your control reward him with a goody. In the initial lessons you need not be particular about having the door shut tight, in later periods, insist upon its being done before any incentive is given. 

Dogs can be trained easily to open swinging doors, but opening fixed doors is really a much more difficult act, and is possible only with those that have the easiest and simplest latches. 

To instruct your pet dog to open a door force it open at the end and call his focus on it. Do that numerous times everyday for many days, then feel the door, closing it after you, and keep your dog on one other side; call him and he will soon learn to push to be able to reach you the door open. 

To instruct a dog to open a lock, hold the dog as much as it and push it back with his paw, and say open door to relate this trick with this command and continue to give him training in this way until he'll push it back without your help.
